Superintendent’s Welcome
Welcome to the Bass Lake School District website. Our motto is “Every Child...A Promise.” As you can see by the mission statement below, we strive to provide our children with every opportunity to gain a broad-based education and become a caring person. Our 1200 students and 165 employees are dedicated to that mission.
We hope this website increases our ability to present information to the public in an understandable manner. In one sense, the site will always be a work in progress because we plan to update it frequently. As you explore this site, you will find the standards for learning that have been adopted for every grade level. You will also find, among other things, links to some of the school sites. We are particularly proud of the achievement of our students and the dedication of our staff members. Both the teachers and the classified employees are absolutely essential to the well being of your children.

Mission Statement
We will provide an education that emphasizes reading,
mathematics, communication skills, and a broad-based
exposure to cultural, fine arts, and other academic disciplines.
This education will be achieved in an environment
that enhances integrity, respect, responsibility,
and compassion for others.
We recognize that these values are best learned
when modeled by all adults and children.
