NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING DATE CHANGE

Dear Bass Lake Families and Staff,

PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the regular meeting of the Board of Trustees, originally scheduled for August 19, 2026, has been rescheduled.

To comply with state education code requirements regarding the 45-day budget revision timeline following the Governor’s signing of the state budget, the Board meeting will now take place on:

New Date: Wednesday, August 12, 2026

Time: 5:30 P.M. Closed Session, 6:00 P.M. Open Session
Location: Oakhurst Elementary School Multi Purpose Room 49495 Rd. 427, Oakhurst, California

Purpose of the Date Adjustment:
Pursuant to state law, local educational agencies must make available for public review any necessary revisions to the local budget within 45 days of the Governor signing the State Budget Act. Moving the meeting date ensures full alignment with state reporting deadlines and allows the Board to formally review updated revenue and expenditure projections based on the final enacted state budget.
