🎉 Get Ready for an Amazing Movie Night & Spirit Week at Oakhurst Elementary! 🍿🦅
Hello Oakhurst Elementary Families!
The OES PTC is thrilled to share the details for two incredible events we have coming up! We have a wonderful couple of weeks planned to celebrate the fall season and show off our Eagle pride.
1. 🎥 Family Movie Night!
Kick off the weekend with us this Friday, October 23rd, from 5:00 - 7:00 in the MPR for a special screening of Casper! Here is what you need to know:
Location: MPR
Treats: We will be providing free popcorn for everyone to enjoy!
Get Comfy: To make the night even more special, kids are welcome to come in comfy clothes and bring their favorite pillow and blanket!
Important Reminder: Adults must stay with children during the event.
2. ✨ Fall Spirit Week!
The fun continues next week as we lead up to Halloween! We can't wait to see all the students show off their creativity. Here are our daily themes:
Monday (Pajama Day!): Wear your coziest pajamas and slippers!
Tuesday (Orange & Black Day!): Wear orange, black, or both to show your Halloween spirit!
Wednesday (Wacky Wednesday!): Get creative with crazy hair, mismatched clothes, silly socks, or backwards clothes!
Thursday (School Colors Day!): Wear your favorite Oakhurst colors: green, gold, and white!
Friday (Halloween Costume Day!): Wear your costume to celebrate, but please remember: no masks, scary costumes, or gore.
We are so excited to celebrate with all of you. Remember: One School. One Team. One Nest. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out.
Let’s make it a fantastic week, Oakhurst!
Warmly,
OES PTC
